Benefits Form Completion Service (TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE) 

The aim of the service is to facilitate access to Disability and Ill Health benefits for Registered sight impaired and severely sight impaired Friends of sight airedale ensuring their full take up of statutory entitlements. Advocate is not qualified to give benefit advice. Alternative is to visit www.gov.uk/benefitscalculator. Advocate is only available for appointments in an afternoon, except on Fridays. Before contacting DWP for a benefit claim form check with the Helpline for availability of the Advocate. This service is only available to Registered (CVI) Friends of sight airedale. As from the 1st April 2010, the Board of Directors have introduced a new policy whereby those who require assistance to complete claim forms will be expected to make a donation for the service but only if the claim is successful. No donation would be expected if the Department of Works and Pensions (DWP) turned down any claim. If you require more information please contact the Helpline.
